Very few databases are as clean as we would like them to be. Having multiple users creating and updating records leads to many different ways of entering information. Over a period of time, a clean database will inevitably get messier. Fields are left blank, validated incorrectly, duplicated and may even be entered in the wrong places entirely.

	Addresses are formatted badly and need correcting. Correct address formatting is particularly important for mailings
